RepBrief by B2BXclusive

Free for sales reps and founders

See the meeting that happens after you leave the room.

Paste your pitch and name the account. We research the company, build its buying committee as AI characters, and let them argue about your deal. You see who backs you, who kills it, and what they would never say to your face.

Your AI team is ready. Maya plans the research, Kofi searches, Lena reads every page, Omar builds the committee and Grace coaches you afterwards.

Put your email, call, talk track or proposal in front of this account's buying committee and watch them argue about it.

What should the room react to?

No sign-up. Take out names and anything confidential before you paste.

Want unlimited runs? Use your own free AI key

Groq and Google both give out free AI keys with no card. Paste one here and your rooms and briefs run on your own allowance, with no daily cap from us.

  1. Open a key page: Groq or Google Gemini. Sign in and create a key.
  2. Pick the provider and paste the key below.

Your key stays in this browser. It is sent with each request to run your simulation or brief and is never saved or logged on our server.

How the deal room works

1

It researches the account

Live web search on the company you name: what they do, their size, recent news and priorities.

2

It builds the committee

Five AI characters by job role: who signs off the money, your likely champion, the daily user and the sceptics.

3

They argue, you watch

Three rounds: first reactions, the debate, the decision. Then a debrief, a stronger opener, and you can question anyone in the room.

Also free: account briefs, competitor battlecards, market snapshots and buyer prep, each with sources. Pick a tab above.

Straight answers

What do I walk away with?

The kind of objections a buying committee raises, before you face the real one. Five buyers with different jobs pull your pitch apart the way a committee does, and you see who objected, the line that lost them and what each one kept to themselves. Then Grace rewrites your opener and hands you the questions to ask next.

How do reps use it day to day?

Like a sparring partner before every send that matters. Run the pitch. Read what they did not say. Fix the one thing that cost you the most and send it back into the same room. Every run shows who moved and who still pushed back, so you can see what the rewrite changed. The habit is two minutes before you press send.

Will it tell me if the deal will close?

No tool can read real people's minds, and this one does not pretend to. What it does is make sure the real buyer gets your best version instead of your first draft. The committee is built from live research on the company and from how those job roles really buy, so the holes it finds are the ones worth fixing: the missing number, the unanswered integration question, the person you forgot.

Can I not just ask ChatGPT?

You can ask it to play one buyer. Here a whole team works for you while you watch: live research on the account, five buyers with different incentives who argue with each other, what each one thinks but will not say, a link to share with your manager, and follow-up questions to anyone in the room. No prompt to write.

Is it really free?

Yes. Everyone gets a few runs a day on us. When the daily pool runs out, you can plug in your own free AI key and keep going.

How does it work?

It plans a handful of web searches and reads the pages it finds. For a brief, an AI model writes it using only those pages, and every fact carries a numbered link to its source. For a deal room, the same research becomes what the committee knows about the company before they hear your pitch.

Can I trust it?

Trust it like a tough colleague who read up on the account for you. Every fact links to the page it came from, and the committee is clearly marked as AI characters, not real people. Use the room to sharpen the pitch, and open the sources before you quote a number to a buyer.

What do you store?

The email, call notes or proposal you paste is used only while your room runs and is not saved. A call is kept only as a short summary with the names taken out. The finished room or brief is saved under a private, unguessable link for 30 days so you can share it with your team, then deleted. We count visits and runs per day. We do not store your IP address or sell anything.

Free runs are written by Claude (Anthropic's API, which does not use what you send to train its models by default). If you add your own free Google Gemini key, Google's free-tier terms let it use what you send to improve its products, so use that key only for public information. Either way, take out names and anything confidential before you paste.
